The short version: be 13 or older, only use your own face, be kind to your squad, and don't cheat. Streakies is free and provided as it is.
Who these terms are with
Streakies is run by Ramy Awad, an independent developer based in Egypt ("we", "us"). By using the Streakies app or website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if it is higher, to use Streakies.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens on your account. Pick a username that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else. You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab.
Your photos and content
- Only upload photos of yourself. Don't upload someone else's face, and nothing sexual, violent, hateful or illegal.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to store them and show them inside Streakies (in games, on your squad's board and in your streak calendar) for as long as you keep them in your account.
- We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Playing fair
Don't cheat, hack, automate play, exploit bugs to fake scores, or try to access other people's data. We may reset scores or close accounts that do.
Respect other players
Streakies is for fun with friends. Don't use it to bully, harass or embarrass anyone. Only share your invite link with people you know.
The service
Streakies is free. We may add ads or optional paid features in the future, and we will tell you before any of them affect you. We may change, pause or remove games and features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Our names and designs
The Streakies name, logo, games, characters and artwork belong to us. You may share screenshots and share cards from the app, but you may not copy the app or its games.
No warranties
Streakies is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for lost data, scores or streaks. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Streakies and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If you keep using Streakies after a change, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, unless the law of the country where you live says otherwise.
